Hello Guys..

I heard now a days NDVO is not requesting for passport when the file is moved to NDVO.

So in that case, can we apply for Visit visa?.. What are the chances.

Does any of you have any idea about it?

You are right, Now NDVO is req passport at later stage , just about a month before when they actually pick your file to process

Thank you dear I know about mechanical/Automobile industry in Detroit but was not aware that Canadian PR can approach them. So now your suggestion will be a great initiator in my Job search... I am mechanical Engineer by profession & have good Experience & Job here in India & trying to get something like this there as well ...

Furthermore, Hard/Physical work, Struggle & Round the clock Job is the "1st Lecture for Mechanical students" in Institute...

Wish ya luck , narrow down your search and target exactly what you want . Once you there you'll come across so many in Ontario working for GM or Ford . They both have their HR department in Toronto .and if you have good experience you will probably won't need to any course either , they hiring staff qualified enough to know you skill and if they want you study , they have their own faculty for that . Research more about it there's lot more .

Status changed to IP . We received ur application on 10th sep. Started processing ur file on 11th june. Medicals have been received.

Decision made. - 1 June 2014
Passport in hand. - still waiting
Is it normal to take such time for passport to get in hand ?

Ok here one thing guys who got the DM and waiting for the passport

sometimes after you get DM, NDVO takes couple of days to mail it out and then it takes 7-10 days depending on your location. So if you already got DM and waiting for passport dont be scared. You will get it anytime soon

Every person has different advise . But i think for the Mechanical professionals Alberta is the best place for now and for future.

Yeah you are right Chacha Ji Alberta & Ontario are best for Mechanical professionals in Canada, & JJ's suggestion also Good i.e. Detroit ...

Guys need your expertise, i got my passport renew last month as it was aboutto expire in december.
I got my spouse name added up too. So shall we send updated passport copy to my visa office???
Or we shall send when they request our passport.

I would say Send the copy of the new passport along with the copy of old passport, Also when you submit your passport make sure you send both old and new passport

Hi all my friends.
I got DM today. Afternoon I checked ecas. It was changed. I am surprised to got DM. How many days to wait for my passport back after getting Dm.anybody knows Please tell me? I'm 17 June 2013 applicant. Interview done on 13 may 2014. 14 th I had done re medical as per Embassy request.
Thanks to God.

Hw much time will it take from IP to DM?

It takes about 1-4 weeks but you will get it by next weekend for sure
