one week to 10 days (going by recent posts one person got it in 4 days while another person has been waiting for 11 days)

yes, ndvo is working though a slow pace...actually these guys have to deal with afghanistan app and the staff is not increased in numbers...also they have detected fraudulent marriages so they r being careful...undoubtedly ppl like us who are genuine suffer...also the non-uniformity depresses the applicants yet as mentioned earlier it is bcoz different folks have different case, hence there is no uniformity....whatever it is, He tests our patience and ndvo is the medium...I hope tomoro brings a gr8 hope for all aug applicants and September applicants will surely be in process this week, il pray for all of us, whom we don't know yet we have the similar tale of waiting....GOOD THINGS COME ON THE WAY FOR GOOD PEOPLE THOUGH SOMETIMES LATE YET MORE B'FULLY...TC

Thnx palki...I heard dat files from Punjab takes a lot of time than any other city or in fact state...
I am from kolkata and some one said that ur will take a lot of time since there aren't many applicants from ds place..

Palaki the thingh is if ndvo wd have asked for the passport atleast I would have been happy.The thingh is that ds delay wd delay our application more.Now dey vl ask for the passport at later stage and it will take more time now..

has ur ecas status changed to IP after interview ?? if yes , it is positive sign...

no he/she had written no progress since the interview..i also didn't pay attention and thought he/she said 'in process' and wondered why he/she is stressed out...

7 weeks since submitting chest x-ray at their request.

Its not region based...first come first served...
