It was the MP who gave the info that remeds are updated and background checks are going on. and said that now he will do the inquiry after 13 months of processing time is over...Loving said:approach your MP.You will get info within 5-7 days
Already did an MP enquiry for that and he told us that remedical has already been updated and background checks are pending.primoo said:The point is if their is no note on the file if they have received the meds or not, how will you ever know?
. Happy for you...soon you will receive the email for your re medical and then your ecas will be updated with in process....Deep Singh said:Dear all, Thanks allot for your good wishes...

Remedical letter. Did they send your passport back or are they asking for a chest xray?gp88 said:Hi frd I have a question if they ask u remedial then they send u remedical letter or refuse letter
No dear she just return my pp and she said I'll send u aa letter for medical bez ur medical is expire when u send me ur medical report then I'll let u know.whats that's m so upset plz reply dearwearethe11 said:Remedical letter. Did they send your passport back or are they asking for a chest xray?
you need your passport to do remedicals (though some people have done it without passport)....he/she cannot tell you if your visa is approved or not without checking your medicals (say if they approve your visa before medicals and then they find out you have TB they will have to wait until it is cured)...logically why would they ask you to do medicals again if they have already decided to deny your visa? so relax and enjoy your few months before you get your visa....gp88 said:No dear she just return my pp and she said I'll send u aa letter for medical bez ur medical is expire when u send me ur medical report then I'll let u know.whats that's m so upset plz reply dear
yes you will also have to tell them if you were caught smoking in non smoking zone..just joking...no speeding tickets will not be an issue only if you were caught drinking and driving in Canada (which is a very serious offense)qqqqq said:Hi guys,
Do we have to inform CIC about speeding, parking tickets ( from New Zealand) and what if we have some due parking fines with ministry of justice ??
MPs, lawyers, visa officers are all morons (not necessarily in that order)....MP inquiry (I did it twice) or ordering notes (four times) has not affected my processing time (same 10 months to 1 year like everyone else)wearethe11 said:My MP says an MP inquiry will delay the process because it is pulled from the queue. Other posters have said this too while some posters say it does not impact anything.
Not sure what to believe.
Well the good news is that this means you are good so far. They wouldn't request re-medical if they had any red flags.gp88 said:No dear she just return my pp and she said I'll send u aa letter for medical bez ur medical is expire when u send me ur medical report then I'll let u know.whats that's m so upset plz reply dear
