Thanks and I have already realised it's a criminal offense but my concern could it be case of misrepresentation .

Offence guidelines are different in every states, don't know where exactly J.J was driving, it can be serious criminal record, in this case he might have just got away with fine.

I was given fine of $500 and sentence one year driving restriction . This happened in Vancouver

i dont think if ndvo call always after dm dear , my dm was on may 1st and still no call from ndvo, just waiting for the passport so just sit back and wait

Your DM on 1st is thursday. Friday and Monday two working days visa would have been issued and despatch letter prepared. Tuesday given to Post office for delivery by registered post So all probability you will get 8th if not reced 9th latest. Get ready to invite the Postman. Send us the good news.

you are right bro, i know how our gov. Post service is, ndvo send the passport back by register mail, last time when i got my passport back from ndvo(for getting pcc, thats another story lol ) so it took to get here almost 10 days, so m just waitng
