just got the responce from ndvo through mp inquire,
through mp we found that ndvo is gona send my passport with shiny shiny visa soon and I suppose to get my passport within 2 weeks..

NDVO claims that both parties are male, this is the sponsor's second marriage(when infact it's the first for both sponsor & applicant) and got their religious background detail wrong. my case too many mistakes and they have yet to acknowledge they made mistakes....I think being a government worker give them immunity from firing them and they don't care....people who enter data from the application probably did not complete their fifth grade but were hired...

mp sent the inquiry on this moday and got the reply from ndvo on tuseday, so its been super fast responce :)

I'm still stuck at "we received your application for permanent residence on July 11, 2013" and "medical results have been received", another day, no news. Every week I think this is the week, this is the week, but every week I am hit with disappointment :(
