Guys there are 615 Spousal Cases for June Applicants, 507 Spousal cases for July applicants, 409 Spousal Cases for August applicants, and 109 Spousal cases for September applicants.

I hope your right about the September applicants getting their visa quickly....only thing is ...we have to wait until the rest of you guys get urs before they even open our files! :O .... .....they REALLY need to hire more staff...or atleast offer overtime to their employees so that they can catch up and make up for all the backlog from the months they were on strike last year!!! ......seriously...this time and distance is hurting a lottt of ppl and relationships !! ....well..what can we do? ..just keep praying that we all get reunited with our loved ones quickly..!

I dont know....im just soo frusterated with the system..i was born and raised here...law abiding citizen...pay my taxes...everything for all 24 years of my life..and the first time i require a government service like this....and its causing so much distress and patience........we deserve muchhh better than this.... they should show more compassion and trust to us...just open the file...check check check if everything is thre, and issue the passport with visa to the person we chose to marry and spend our life with !!

How hard can it be? ......seriously!

I am sure people are getting their visas everyday but most people do not know about this forum that is why we become disappointed when we do not see updates here amongst our fellow forum followers. If we do the math then they would have to give at least 8-10 spousal applicants visa everyday since last month and during this month of April in order to finish up July 2013 applicants. Maybe they are doing it that way but unfortunately we just don't know who those people are that are getting their visas because they are not on this forum and we have no way of finding that information out. Our turns will come so hold on tight

you are very right and if they really giving 8 to 10 visa every day (i wish its more than that ) so according to list they have 603 application for july, and they started giving visa to july applicants from last month, so its seems they must have given visa to half of july applicant by now may be more hahahah sounds good to calculate this way so july applicants dont be worry, they would be working on our application may be now when i am posting this here good luck to all and cheer up yaar

Under Sponsor ecas Status, it shows current mailing address as my India address and home address shows sponsor's Canadian address. Is this normal? Ideally it should shows Canadian Address for both. Would appreciate if someone can clarify. Thanks.

hi dear, I mean to say tht....I have my marriage certificate but I didn't get attestation/apostle from ministry of external affairs...is it compulsory to get tht apostle/attestation ftom home ministet/ministry of external affairs on marriage certificate? Becoz I m confuse..some says not required n some says they get attested/apostle ftom ministry of affairs. .so, is it necessary to get tht attestation? pls guys...clarify me...I m so worried as my interview is getting near...

Yes u have to get it attested from ministry of external affair...... Well if u look clearly at ur certificate ull find the marriage officer must have stamped this on ur certificate that is 'if the doc is needed for use in foreign countries or for acceptance by the foreign missions situated in India. Authentication of the doc by the designated authority, Ministry of external affair Government. Of India is necessary...... So it's compulsory to get attested.

mine shows only my indian mailing address...
