Currently they are issuing visas to June plus they are many applicants still left from Jan-May, you should hear an update in end-april or early-may, wish you speedy visa.

AOR = Acknowledgment of Receipt, after paying fee they will send the acknowledge that they had received the payment for sponsoring the spouse, it includes the total amount of money they had received.

I have received one when filed the application but it's title is ( official receipt ) coz my wife paid the fee online.
It has details of her debit card, date and time of payment, amount paid,and recipet number with barcode on top in bold letters.
But it doesn't indicated or written on it that it's AOR.
Is it the same ...? Plz explain

you will do fine...it is natural to get tensed....good luck..is your partner going to be with you at NDVO tomorrow? that helps in terms of stress reduction...if not, NDVO would require your partner to be available on the phone in case of questions....

Ya it is very annoying to me as well. Damm NDVO guys they are ruining our life by just sitting on our application and doing nothing.

File goes for recheck then sits, then goes for recheck then sits. What in the world are they doing with them.

Someone is going to get so tick tick in here like a time bomb and explode if this continues.
