Please hang in there and it should not be very long for you now that the final group of May applicants who are in IP are being cleared out. It was unlucky for few in Nov who got into IP got stuck for a while.

Friends. .You have any idea of what is left after background checks and security checks? I came to know that my checks are completed. .. Wondering, how much more time it will take? ??? :-[

one more month to go and my medicals will expire...NDVO should have informed me if there is an interview since they usually give a month's time to get ready for interview...so far nothing....at this stage, I have no idea if I would get a passport request or not; if there will be an interview or not; anything will be done or not before my medicals expire; I hope I will get some answers soon otherwise this suspense can't go on for many more months..next month I will get my notes and hope it will give some answers.

PP req : 10th August'13
Med's done: 20th Nov'12 (expired)
Status changed to IP : 20th Aug'13

I did gcms inquiry twice..one in september, other in december same notes both times...eligibility passed, meds passed, interview waived, but security and criminality check not started....what the f***....its desperate time for me and my husband
