That's bad, the bill is yet to be discuss in parliament, it can be accepted or rejected, if it is accepted then is it going to apply with immediate effect, or is it going to be for new applicants or for both new and existing applicants, suffering and scaring !!

what is the need for this bill ? stupid govt. doesnt have anything better to do than make life harder for already struggling immigrants.

makes me really wonder if going through all that pain of immigration was worth it. really hope this gets rejected.!!

Yes, it is not bad weather now. We are all waiting very patiently for our love one's to come but sometimes it goes very bad. I cannot understand why and what is keeping them from giving the visa now. Every little thing that was delaying the visa is done now but still we need to wait. Interview done, re-medical is done, passport send again. Now why the delay even the officer said one's the re-medical is done you will get the visa.

I am tired of listening to the same thing "jaldi aajaata" and In process. I am going to blew up if this continues long. Cannot go on like this it is been late already and still need to wait for this idiots to give the visa.

If anyone's interested, this is what is included in PAPER FILE ( this is when you order notes, there is Paper option, basically its the forms you sent and I see they made circles etc in address etc )

I am just seeking information for spouse visa outside Canada. I got married in April 2013. We got the AOR for July 22. 2013. They CIC at new delhi requested for the passport Iin September. 2013. Subimitted her passport on September. 22 2013. Since then there is no news . There is no change in status on ecas. It is still showing application received. I am in Canada and my wife is in India.
Can anybody guide me how long will it take now for her visa. This is getting crazy no. Earlier there time line was 9 month. As soon as i submitted the application they changed to 12 month at new delhi visa office.

Any information regarding this will be helpful.

Have patience bro. I know the waiting period sucks. I am also waiting for last 13 months and still no response from New Delhi. I am also sponsoring my wife. Hang in there.. because when I sponsored it was 9 months/10 months and now its 12 months.
There is no time frame how long will it take these days. They say within 12 months but still not sure. Just have patience....

Welcome to the forum.
NDVO started working on June and still going on. If you are a July applicant, you might get good news in March. Hopefully, they will start working on July in early March. You have to be patient for sometimes. You can check the spreadsheet under my signature. What is your full timeline please? Thanks. Wish you a speedy visa!
