I'm not really sure why I can't post my timeline to my profile like others but I guess its because I havent been posting that much!

Just got in Process!

Medical Done: April 15th 2013
App Filed: May 29th 2013
AOR: June 21 2013
Passport Request: July 3 2013
In Process Date: January 28th 2013

I did an MP inquiry a week ago and they said the VO recommended interview waiver and the medical was received (at this time ECAS showed "Application Recieved" ). The MP said that the only remaining is processing the medical and doing the background checks.

Hopefully everything is quick as possible now.

And just to let everyone know, my ECAS changed on Sunday to "In Process", but the date shows January 28th, and I'm 100% sure the ECAS was still Application Recieved b/c i check it like 2wice a day.

As you know, I applied on Dec 19th and got my SA on Jan 23rd 2014.


2) when my wife receives her PPR, which courier company should she use? which one is recommened by NDVO? I read on their website, that if one uses VFS services, they will respond faster. Is this correct?

It looks like NDVO has started working on June 2013 Applications.

Just checked now on ECAS it shows.

We received your application for permanent residence on June 3, 2013.

We started processing your application on January 30, 2014.

Now how long will it take to get the DM ?

if you are talking about mailing passport to NDVO after your wife receives PPR, you should use Bluedart company and they will carry to NDVO. NDVO wont inform you if they receive your passport or not. You can check online with a tracking number so you will know they get it.

Hi all.
Im 17 june applicant. Still no other changes in ecas status.always show Appctn recvd. my medical has took as of dated: 01-March-2013. It will reach as one year, remaining of 25 days only. I think that the validity period against the medical report has expire soon. What I can do for that? Any idea please. I mail to ndvo. But no response.

myrah how are you , hope you enjoyin Canada , quick question I requested for later submission on passport and ndvo emailed me saying that they need consent form to be filled out , I fiiled this form http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf


not sure if its the right one, please I need your help find the correct form if this is not correct form.

Yes. Thats true. Myrah is right that things will work out at the right time. Then you will forget about this forum. Haha its just funny waiting here until you get the visa.
