We (My wife and me) filed in 2013, We got the letter for Medical in Jan, We completed the medicals and sent it in Jan itself along with the passport. the date was of 12 Jan, When do you think i should expect my visa to be stamped and arrive.

Wanted to know this so we can start winding up thing in India...

It depends on when you applied for PR. It may also take a week or more to go into IP and then it can depend on the officer when they want to give DM. Sometimes they would have dispatched the passport and ECAS still says IP. Good luck with your application.
