Unfortunately they don't tell you anything on phone!! And I haven't got replies to any of my emails......So I guess its better to wait...

finally to hear something that they are currently awaiting review on your file. Hopefully you will get prr very soon. Did you apply gcms again recently? Keep bothering NDVO until you get a visa! God bless you waiting 2 exhale.
