It is too bad that you and your wife are feeling let down by the NDVO. I really really hope that you get some good news as soon as July applications will start to be processed. These things take time and NDVO was on strike so that wasn't helping. Your in-laws should understand. It is not like you are abandoning your wife like some people do in marriage scams. Stay warm and stay positive Things will look up soon for you

i was in saskatoon that time but this time too we have seen -51 wind chill its kind of a regular for Saskatchewanites we are used to it now....i had told my inlaws it will take around 3-4 months max(which was usual at that time) when we got engaged in oct 2012 but after that we all know what happened...i hope they will understand and NDVO will give us some good news soon..fingers crossed

Hahaha.. this is so much more interesting than the hottest hollywood/bollywood gossip/drama.
Now, even I am starting to get confused with this hera pheri of whether waiting 2 exhale is male or female with all this going back and forth.

But I am sure he is a male being sponsored by his wife.

the worst i have seen is -62 wind chill actual was -51....it was 2 winters ago...we were the coldest on earth that time. ....but rightnow these F*in Ndvo guys are giving me chills....my wife has been very sad lately, even my parents and inlaws have started asking...i dont know whether we will be together on our anniversary on not its on 13th march.....just changed my job i dont know if they will gimme leave for a week or two...it feels like ***** right now. :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[

it is too early for in-laws to start harassing..like manufacturing and expiry dates seen in packaged goods, in-laws should have a harassment start date and end date....do they expect to get visas in three months? even booking a train or flight ticket to tourist spots take 6 months of planning but settling overseas, in their minds, supposed to happen in three days...just ignore them..show them NDVO address, give them brass vessels with sticks, and ask them to go to visa office and make noises there instead...hang in there this is going to be a long (hopefully not a bumpy) ride...next step is passport request start MP pressure, order notes etc if you have not received passport request already

She just asked my dob n my address where i would like the post n said thankyou without informing me anything.
I quickly asked her when can I expect my pp she said i cant comment on that...then i asked has decision been made... She said no it is still in ip..!

that's what I thought too..correct me if I am wrong..in the past, didn't NDVO called people to verify who they were and asked some personal questions like DOB, address etc so that they can confirm if the passport holder lives there or not...I think this is the call that meghna was waiting for..too bad caller could have been less governmentie, less secretive about the call...congrats to you. meghna... this qualifies for half of 'omg' moment...
