there is a Nobel prize waiting for anyone who can come up with a mathematical precision of what leads to be called for interview? I think NDVO officer in his basement is working with computer model to figure out why his office calls someone for interview and another person with the same set of background not called for interview. He started on this scientific modelling when he joined the government service forty years ago and still working on the scientific reasons to win his Nobel prize (one of the reasons nothing gets done in ND visa office is everyone there working on outside projects and not real work)lavsthiva said:
