Guys I am thinking of sending them an email.

Let me know what is the best thing to ask them.

I am going to include the following.

My spouse application has been filed on 18-jan-2013 and an email was send to my spouse for a passport request on May 23-2013.

The passport was received on 12-mar-2013 as per the tracking. All the document's including Medical and Police clearance has been submitted as well.

I want to know why is the E-cas not updated and why the passport is taking so long.

Please, assist us on this case.

hi myrah 7... don worry it should come anytime... also my wife didnt have any history... after posting in forum ysday evening... i sent a case specific enquiry on my wife file stating we submitted on april 19th etc and there is no update on medicals and passport request... i dono if they read that and send PPR or its without reading that.... it does no harm to send a enquiry on your file... i encourage you to do that... before submitting ur GCMS.

Well I did not received any letter saying my file is move to Delhi etc. I just got an email requesting for PPR to be send.

The date on this letter is the date when they transferred your file to new delhi. I called them when I received this email and call center representative told me that they transfer the file electronically, same day or next day.
