Hey buddy, I just received a letter from NDVO asking for medical examination of my wife....But I already submitted it in feb 2013 after our wedding. the report is still valid for another month. I dunno y they are asking for medical to be done again. Any suggestions? do u think the medical reports might not have been sent at the first place by the doctor? or is this normal request?

if i'm not mistaken your already in process, so I guess you won't have interview. Our case is different as we already have our interview schedule on Jan 22nd(which will be after our medical expired). I was just expressing loud my wish... ;D in order to try to stop stressing about that interview!!! ???

u got letter for re-medicals?
that's weird coz u did your medicals in feb right ? so technically your medicals are valid till feb or march if they extended it
does your e-cas say medicals recd? and have u applied for gcms notes ever...if yes what does it say abt medicals?

Totally understand your state of mind. But this is normal before an immigration interview. If I were you, I would concentrate on gathering all the details as much as I can and then concentrate on one and only thing that your marriage is genuine and nothing can disprove it because you know it is true and you believe it totally.

i think you should go to the hospital and ask your doctor or call them. they will check if they sent ur report to delhi or not.
if i am at your place, i will go for mp enquiry as well as go to delhi high commission for enquiry even i am not sure if they answer enquiry or not.

next status would be 'decision made' and then they would call you to verify your address and then send you your passport with shiny visa (if you have not submitted your passport yet, they would ask for your passport)..by the way what is your timeline? your first post is about being the new to this forum and your last post will be 'omg i am out of here'

I sent mine with initial package and got status in my notes as 'medical results received. No further investigation is required'. Not sure why your notes not saying 'medical results received' but when it says not started I assume they haven't looked at your results?

nothing else is started (no passport request, no criminal or security check) other than 'medical results received and no further investigation is required' which means I am healthy as a horse with a patience that water buffalo would be admiring...who knows how long security check will take..cross your fingers (not too hard it would make your arthritis worse if you have one) and wait till the normal processing period is over
