yours is more weirder than Steve's situation since you did not get into 'in process' stage yet...did you order 'notes'? I did not get passport request yet and my notes are so far 'nothing started'. Ordered a third one and we will see what it says. At this point, I am glad my ecas shows 'application received' since at least this confirms that NDVO got my application.

Yes i know i duno what to say abt this. I did order notes n i guess u didnt read my post but it said not started yet except medical passed and it expired already duno how long do i hv to wait like this. My hubby already missed me like madly so am i. All we can do is patient. Yes im waiting to hear about your ppr yet and hopefully you will get an update sooon. Dont apply gcms right away because i think its pointless to do it so soon so wait for sometimes like a month later then apply for it. Dont worry too much. We gota be strongg!

Did anyone receive their GCMS notes with a letter at the beginning that explains that some information is exempt under certain sections of the PRIVACY ACT? Mine say under a few different acts that info has been exempt ?

Welcome to the forum. Congratulations on in process (IP).

This is very normal with New Delhi. Although not at the moment, generally once in process things move quickly. It also means interview is waived. Wish you quick decision made note. Did you apply for GCMS notes?

if your status is in process then it will take from 15 days to 2 months to get decision made. lets see. i am also waiting for same.all the best

Yes, most probably it will be send back to their office.
