From the forums i have read, if address for the applicant changes to Canada, it means you are accepted and your wait is almost coming to the end..Fewmoreweeks said:Hey guys,
Small updates from my side. I checked ecas this morning and they updated my home address to Canada with city and province only. However, the status still says application received only.
Below is my timeline:
Applied: January 23, 2013
Sponsorship approval/file transferred to ND: February 18, 2013
PPR: March 16, 2013, Received by ND:March 21, 2013
Address change: June 9, 2013.
Is it a good sign guys? Any thought?
That's great..hans1986 said:I saw some changes in my E-cas status today.
Home address is changed to Canada.
But
PR application status is still "Application-received".
Pls let me know that why my address is showing canada's address from the submission of my file, I never saw my Indian address on Ecas status, even passport reqeust was under Canada's address. Waiting for response . thanks.mickeyindia said:That's great..
Wait is almost over..

No my full Indian address is also mentioned. Or may be thats why as he is my representative ? thanks.hans1986 said:Hello Sumandeep
I think you had mentioned only one address in your application.....i.e your Canada`s address that is why it is showing only one address.....I am just thinking that could be the reason....
Because your spouse is your representative, that's why you see canadian address as your mailing address (with C/O your spouse's name). Later in your processing, there will be one more column added with current home address as canadian address. That's what we are talking about here.sumandeep said:So before it was showing your Indian address???
but in my case
from the beginning I mean from the submission of the application around april 10 th my address is showing my spouse's address who lives in Canada
