Hi all!! I got a mail from Delhi immigration asking for additional documents...I had a previous marriage so asking for divorce certificate, post marriage communication with spouse and some more marriage pics....

Hadn't u submitted divorce certificate and other documents?????

My spouse time line for Delhi visa post:
Her application Transferred to Delhi - June 01,2013
AOR received - July 01,2013
Medical - Not Yet done.
Client Application Status : Not desplaying since diplomatic strike.

My question:

1. Which month file is processing now at New Delhi.
2. What step do we have to follow for medical yet to be done (1) Do we have to wait to hear from Delhi for Medical or (2) Get medical report and send it to Delhi
3. Please post your time line and feedback.

I had submitted. But I guess they are more interested in post marriage communication and they also asked for additional marriage pics..

NDVO currenty working on mid May applicants......

did u submitted ur medical reports with application.,,? if yes then dnt wry here so many people whose status dsnt shws mediacal reports recieved inspite of they submitted details with application.

if medical yet t be done then...

did u get passport rqst..? if no then when u got ppr rqst. they might tell u to submitt the medical reports with the Passport.

hmmm..am I pulling his leg? you can never tell..just like NDVO visa process..it's wrapped in a mystery, enigma coated with chocolate flavored puzzle..if I ask where is morocco i guess the game is up...

She has not done her medical yet but received passport request to submit is along with police clearance and copy of landing fees receipt.
So should she go and do her medical first and send it with passport or weit to hear from Delhi?

ohh..than its better to get medical first and then submitt it along with passport and PCC (if nt subbmitted) and print out of latter which u got frm mail by NDVO.

if u will nt subbmit now then after few month they will tell u to submit medical and it results in delay in processing of your file.

They are working on May applicants that u can see from the spreed-sheet.

well medical reports are valid for 12 month.

But when talking abt PCC m also confused lol...but probablly 6 months for PCC.

I am not sure why you did not submit the medicals along with the application like many do.

Neverthless note that you would need the passport to do the medicals. I would suggest to do them right away and send along with the passport.
