Does anyone know what it means on gcms notes under "eligibility : 1 " what's that mean?

It denotes the number of applicants.

If children are also sponsored along with spouse then it will be something like this
Eligibilty: 1 - for spouse
Eligibility: 2 - Child 1
Eligibility: 3 - Child 2
and so on...its just the number of applicants on the file

hi dear there was an error on his timeline ...i have corrected it now.........all what he has said was - june 5th address change and
june 13 passport arrived....so he didn't have any ip......date

normally we try to sort it out with the e-cas ip date.........but lots of the forum members who have already left ..haven't really given info.....so whatever we cld we have put......and many didn't even have ip date.......that's y i added with what info u gave in the forum......hope that answers your question>?

I am a bit confused. I am also a May applicant. Are you saying in your GCMS notes, there is no where it says that Medical is 'in progress"?. Where did you get your medical 'not started' info from, which section?

For example, my GCMS from Oct 2 says the following:

Hi everyone

Just want to share my GCMS notes experience
couple of u might know 2 weeks back (Oct 30) I had applied for GCMS notes online but I didn't receive any confirmation email. After a couple of days I saw the charge $5 on my credit card, so I emailed ATIP on Nov 4 & told them about it and attached the receipt (fortunately I had printed the receipt after the payment) & asked them if they have received the request. On Nov 13 they emailed me back saying they need me to re-submit my ATIP application either by email or by post mail. So yesterday I emailed them attaching the application form, consent form, my PR card scan & the receipt copy scanned. I received their reply yesterday evening, saying I'll hear from them shortly and today I received the Notes

The notes says:
App status: In progress
Eligibility: Passed
Criminality: Not started
Security: Not started
Medical: Not started

In the notes section it says: Relationship appears genuine. Interview waiver recommended & RFV checks which means ready for visa I think ???
And yes, whenever u make a GCMS request, it shows in the Incoming section of the notes, I had applied for GCMS previously in Aug and it listed in the notes.

Hopefully they complete the meds & security quickly. Praying to God tht all get visa soon, so we can celebrate Christmas with our spouses ;D

Meds are not updated on ECAS & in the notes section the VO said 'FCU - Update meds' so they haven't linked the meds file yet. My GCMS are as of Nov 14, 2013

People who are getting interview calls they don't have IN Process date in spread sheet.........are they don't have these dates or there ecas status is still application received with medicals only..........??

Thanks for sharing, so it looks like meds not being updated deterred the VO from processing it further. If you don't have travel history, u will probably get DM by tomorrow or tuesday!
