Before yesterday i got call fron ndvo, they wanted to confirm my mailing address, but when i asked her abt visa, she said still your file is inprocess.

Yep same here!
Yesterday I had an email from NDVO asking for proof of medical, so I emailed them a scanned copy of my wife's medical report. I wasn't sure where to email....so I replied to the same email thread and also emailed through case specific enquiry.
