Yep same here!
Yesterday I had an email from NDVO asking for proof of medical, so I emailed them a scanned copy of my wife's medical report. I wasn't sure where to email....so I replied to the same email thread and also emailed through case specific enquiry.

Hi Robin Pandey & TorontoSam,
Just an update from yesterday....
After her medicals, my wife had received a Medical Report from the clinic..... it was a form called IMM1017.
Someone else confrimed that this was the old requirement and subsquently (sine Feb) they moved to the electronic medical process.
So you guys have nothing to worry about!
Also, I noticed that the medical center hadn't put the Visa Office (NDVO) in the top corner. The last time my medicals were looked at was April 11, 2013....at the Mississauga office. In the GCMS notes there was a remark saying 'Immigration Office not specified on the report'....so my guess is it wasn't sent to NDVO with the rest of the package.
Anyhow, since their email request yesterday, I've emailed them a scanned copy and since this is the last step in my wife's application....hope they process soon.

same here bro. My wife's application went to in process on oct 15 and DM on November 3. Tell now no passport she is in punjab but in Nawanshahr. I guess it takes long if in punjab to get back
