Might be Interview Waiver ?

yes it means interview waived and you just hope that that's the final recommendation..there was one case in this forum where one member found out that interview was waived in the first GCMS notes and the second GCMS showed interview required (apparently before the historical strike..strike of the millennium.. some VO reviewed and after the strike a new officer had a bad day since his wife scolded him for not buying enough gold jewellery for her and he showed his anger in the application he was assigned to..oh well I am making it up since I have been watching too many serials...but the interview review is real) sorry to be a pessimist...until I see a 'decision made' in ecas or a visa officer comes to my house on a horse wearing white Nehru jacket and personally tells me, I would be just little cautious (to make you more cheerful, ecas is not reliable either..hope your day goes much better than this news..lol)

Let's see what happens next ? File was reviewed on September 25th. GCMS notes were generated on September 27th. If I don't hear anything by October 17th, will apply for GCMS notes again.

it would be so awesome (feeling so hip again when i use these words) if you get your good news from NDVO before next week..if not, you will have to be creative in celebrating your anniversary..use skype with you, your family and friends on one side of the continent opening a champagne bottle and on the other side your significant other opens a champagne bottle..and you send both the bottles to my address ....whether you get any news from NDVO or not, the party must go on

it's only 10.30 a.m. in India (according to IST ..Indian Standard Time..if workers especially government officials are punctual then they are mentally sick) give them some time...you might see some DMs by the end of the day..if not, hope for next day...someone said about hope
