There is no mention about interview anywhere.

File was reviewed on September 17th and additional documents were requested. Notes on 17th September state eligibility : recommended pass.
Documents were sent on 17th. Received by CHC on September 19th.
File was reviewed again on 25th. Eligibility notes: ******recommended waiver*****. Relationship appears to be genuine. Documents reviewed. appear satisfactory. Recommended waiver file forward to officer.

It does look like smooth sailing for you, congratulations. don't worry about showing "in process" "online" since you know it is being processed. Could u plz share:
--did they call PA in your case on 17th to request documents?? or did they request documents from internal sources?
--if it is ok to share and you don't mind, what were those documents? just wondering because it would be nice to know what kind of documents they look at? as in your case they seemed to have made their mind to waive interview after looking at these documents

Also irrespective of what being said it does seem that initial review is done on files in order they are received. Once the initial review is done then all bets are off as each case is different. Comparing yours application and review dates with mine; and other recent visas issued, it does look like they moved to April files around Sept 15 or so. (again it means initial review only)

Documents were requested via email. CHC requested copy of marriage certificate. Not sure what happened to original sent along with application. This time we photocopied both sides of marriage certificate as back side has picture of ours along with some signatures.

Great, Thank you very much. So rather than ecase, i guess we should be checking our phones and emails more often.
yes, it could have been an unclear photocopy which was submitted earlier in your case. I am not sure if the physical file is transferred or if they send scanned images to visa offices overseas, in that case it could have been a bad scan.

did they actually sent you emails and you failed to notice twice or are they claiming that they sent it twice? I get the feeling that sometimes they claim that they sent but actually forget to send emails. In any case, if you had not ordered GCMS, how would you have known unless you had provided them telephone contact number? eventually they do call as a last attempt

hi waiting to exhale.yes ur feeling is right..sometimes dey forget or sometimes dey dont chk it in their sent folder after sending emails whether it is sent or not.. .i use to chk my email everyday..but i never received any email from ndvo ..i dnt knw wat actually happened to my ppr...wen i got my notes,,it is mentioned on notes,,ppr and acknowledgement of receipt sent on mm/dd/yyyy......it is also mentioned ppr has sent twice,,via email,,status-sent....but i never received any email/letter/fne...if we miss two ppr's den dey make call to us...

it is 27 Mar/Apr/May for app/sa/ppr (plus minus day or two ; those are not important - i am more looking forward for dm/visa/landing dates
