yeah it says within 11 months u get ur visa -- but i have seen some waiting for year n more on the other hand some are getting it in 6months too -- so i dun see any harm,in applying for notes or going for mp,enquiry. Rest wish is urs

Processing time of 11 months doesn't mean that ND office will issue the visa in 11 months. It is just an estimated time that you most likely will receive. The times are based on how long it took to process 80 percent of all cases.

thanks for reply, but i was told that because of a strike action it is getting delayed, and i guess some1 from this forum told me that the normal time line is 11 months from passport request, so i have to wait and ther's no other option.

I think you should apply for GCMS notes asap. 95% of the ppl that applied during the time when yu did have got the visa. Infact lots of ppl that applied in jan & fed this year have also got the visa. You should tell ur hubby to do something about this

I feel sometimes very bad some people i was checking 2012 forum link they still have not received the visa while some in april have started getting dms or in process on their files thats too weird and sad as well there should be some consistency that should be followed by NDVO. I think people processing the visa files are just heartless people they dont have any pity on anyone how everyone's life is affected because of this process. Family class should be given priority by NDVO but they are least concerned for them.

Now they are fighting that they need more money for their families and provide more of the luxury to themselves and their families. They should be ashamed of even saying anything for their families when they cant understand the pain of other people in their hearts for their families.

All these goons working in pafso or in NDVO need a lesson to be taught. Only god can help us in getting the justice for all the injustice done to us by them.

No this is not true.
If someone doesnt have a valid USA/CANADA visa - transit through london is impossible.
Even worse is USA, please do not buy ticket to Canada via USA if you dont have US visa.
You cannot transit in some airports (even if you dont wish to come out of the airport) - you need to meet the requirements of that airport's transit rules.

I have traveled via the same route for 3 times without any issue. No one disturbed me. My general assumption was the person traveling holds valid Visa or PR Card.

Your knowledge of Traveling without Visa is great
