so do you have two notes? from my understanding once we see interview waver recommended in our notes then its not final I guess....anything can happen with NDVO...its so weird...I am sure this worries a lot of people here.vl said:

This cud be becoz of strike that they must assigned his file to the new visa officer the previous officer who had been working on his file may not have been looking for an interview for them now this is called bad luckankgs said:
