I think it depends on MP to MP and how you approach them. If a lot of people are emailing the MPs in their area asking the same thing almost everyday, how do you think they would feel?

MP is meant for that and he have to answer his/her constituent no matter if he/she got several email regarding the CIC queries...what else MP are doing??? if they can not answer and satisfied their constituent.

after waiting for so long I can see why you are bit hesitant to celebrate the good news....they wouldn't ask you to redo medicals if they are not going to give you your visa...the speed in which they sent you the notification was bit unexpected (for us it took them 3 days even though interviewer said it will take two weeks to hear from them). I can't believe that NDVO is that efficient...and of course after making you to wait for more than a year they should have given you your visa on the spot...

Yes very hesitant..... im a 2012 applicant... so many of us have waited over 19 months for our applications, The PAFSO STRIKE really effected us...We got an appointment foR hUBBY REMEDICAL TOMRROW, so how does is it work they send the report, do we have to courier anything>>> paid medical receipt.????

they send the report (in some cities the reports are sent within 24 hours) and give you a receipt of payment (if this one is remedical they don't give you emedical receipt showing photo and payment, details of what was tested information..atleast they didn't give my partner that) it is ust a receipt of how much you paid..if you have given your passport back then include a cover letter, proof of remedicals payment and your passports (old and new) by a reliable courier service with tracking system..then wait by the window...also check your ecas if it shows 'decision made' then passport is on the way (but ecas is not so reliable sometimes people get their passport first and then ecas shows DM)...I hope not to hear from you saying 'I got my passport with visa but not sure if they really gave me my visa or not' lol...
