Hey Guys,

Congratulations to the ones that got their passport today. My husband is still waiting for his passport to arrive.... This wait is making me so eagerrr.. I told him to send me a pic of his passport as soon as he receives it.. lol.. I am dying to see it... Hoping for him to receive it... I don't know if people in Punjab get mail on Saturday... or we will wait for Monday to come!

Congratulations to the ones that got their passport today. My husband is still waiting for his passport to arrive.... This wait is making me so eagerrr.. I told him to send me a pic of his passport as soon as he receives it.. lol.. I am dying to see it... Hoping for him to receive it... I CAN FINALLY SAY WE GOT AN INTERVIEW DATE MAY 19, 2014 AT 8:45AM...IM READY TO GO AND KICK ASS, THIS WILL BE MY HUBBYS 3 RD INTERVIEW FORM PAST FILES..... BUT IM HERE WITH HIM THIS TIME, IM WILL be GOING...TO THE INTREVIEW AND KICKING SOME ASS...lol.....!!!! IM NOT LEAVING WITHOUT HIS VISAS. Its been hell living in INDIA FOR THE FREAKIN 4 YRS, ( not the india is bad or anything... just had some bad health issues,.. dats all)[/size]

i got interview call letter yesterday which they requested the sponsor should be available by telephone at the time of interview
do you think it wll make differences if I and my wife go there together or just me to go the interview which one is better
my lawyer is saying that they will not allow the sponsor to enter the interview room and they will not take interview for the sponsor only the applicant they will interview
i didn't apply note yet coz i think i knw why they call me for interview some what like second marriage ,education difference and age
please any one help

hello moonlight all cases are different, my lawyers have said it makes a big difference if sponsor also goes along, im sure u must have read in the 2013 forum, that one had gone for interview but they never interviewed the applicant just the sponsor. I think( paulharry ) as he was living there in india with the applicant. I think its really up to ndvo ppl to decide who they want to interview they work in strange ways, as this is our 3rd interview never know whats gng to happen, but it would be a good idea for u to get those notes done. During past applications when I was in Canada embassy did call me for phone interview asked few questions normal procedure... good luck my friend

Hi guys, can any 1 plz help me out on 25-03-2014 my dad received a call from new delhi office that we have not collected our medical request papers which they have sent to us, but it doesnt even reached my residential address Embarrassed Embarrassed Shocked Shocked Sad Sad i dont know what to do? plz share ur experience as this is really pissing me off. . . . .

Need help urgently - So, here is the story, Couple days ago my wife received a letter from NDVO to re-do the medical as well as renew her passport. So, my wife went to to renew her passport on Friday. But, this *censored word* officer told my wife that proof's that she is providing are not sufficient. My wife took the following: Our marriage certificate, her passport, 4 passport size photos, along with the form she filled online.

The application that she filled Online: My wife entered her current address is her parents address. Also, on her current passport also has her parents address on it. I don't live in India and don't have any bank accounts nothing like that. But, that officer wants to see some sort of letter which will prove that I am her husband, also a letter which has my name on it and her parents address on it.

Earlier when she submitted her passport to NDVO it was as is and no changes were made. But, since we are renewing her passport she thought to fill my name under the Spouse column with Canadian Address. Well, then my wife told that officer that my husband lives in Canada and my application is still in process. So, later he said OK get us your husband passport scanned copy which I sent her right away while she was in passport office. So, when she was about to show him he said okay come on Monday now because our office has closed and will see on Monday what we can do. They even charged my wife Rs. 1,500 some phase 1/2 and for 3rd phase they charged Rs. 3,000 and charged her extra by saying that your current passport is damaged.

Can anyone help me out and please tell me what should we do to get our work done. Honestly, I just hate India and hating these *censored word*ing corrupted office people. It''s just pure harassment. Now, she is gona go to passport office again on Monday. We are doing everything legally but seems like these *censored word*ers don't understand.

Simpe - Go to the passport agent and pay hime some money and your work will be done..This is India....Good luck

They called my wife on Monday now. We have already paid Rs. 5,000 on Friday. My father-in-law will go with my wife and see what is there problem. So, hope and praying hard they will finish our work. Please pray for me guys..
