Can anyone tell me after the medicals , we have to submit our Medicals, RPRF & passports to New Delhi , then how many months they will take to notify us about our Decesion ?

I have a question.. I'm Canadian citizen and sponsoring my wife. Recently, NDVO a sent us a letter and asked my wife to re-do the medical. Does she need to fill out some sort of form or need anything else besides passport.

Please reply urgently.. If we need to fill a form can you pls share the link...

No form to be filled.Take the letter along with the passport to the DMP and do your medicals...Good luck

Please see if there is a attachment with the email as in our case they send the form all filled up just doctor signature needed and report.

I have a question about the medical examination letter as I have instruction to go through my medical test and it says to carry my original passport as an ID document. However they haven't mentioned that, whether I need to send the passport to Delhi/ or submit along with the medical examination to the panel of doctors.

Those who completed their medical examinations can advice me on this. Should I need to send the passport separately after completing the medical examinations/ should I wait for any communications from immigration cell?

Sent re-med letter and passport on 17th March...No updates from ND as of today....

If the letter is for doing Re Medicals then submit your passport along with the medicals done receipt..If not then send the Medicals done proof and wait for the Passport request from New Delhi Embassy.....You dont submit the passport to panel of doctors, they just want to see passport as identity of the applicant...Good luck

Hey,

We just sent the passport with the re-medical and PCC. We didn't even get a letter requesting this stuff.. just the officer told my husband to send re-medical and PCC. If you wait for them to request for passport, your process will take longer. We sent the passport at the same time.. and it took 5 weeks to get DM after. Now we are waiting for the passport to come...

which flight you are taking?. As far as my knowledge Immigartion is not looking at tickets or boarding passes on landing

Well you cannot transit US...other then that you are fine...Belgium,paris etc..anywhere in europe
