You need to wait to receive the letter from ND to re do medicals with IME/File/UCI number.Without this letter you cant able to do the medicals..I received this letter last month and I did re med last week...After receiving email with re med letter , next day I received call from ND Embassy telling me that they are sending my spouse passport back for doing re medicals..After doing the medicals I sent back passport and re med proof....

You can do re meds with other supporting documents without the original passport.Contact your local office DMP or Migration Medicine Center...Good luck

So, today delivery guy came at my wife place saying here m'am your package and "Mubarak Ho apka visa laag ke aagaya - Ap tu bhar ja rahe ho tu kuch treat de do" like give some money. Can't believe these ppl in New Delhi. Anyways, my wife said let me check first. So, she opened the package and she received her passport along with a beautiful letter. Guess! what in the letter they said...... Please re-do the medical and provide us the new passport even thought her current passport which we submitted 12 months ago is still valid for another 9 months. These fuckers gave us hard time all these 13 months and still nothing completed and coming up with excuses.

So, now we have to do re-med and get them new passport. So, my question is how long does it take to get the new passport and after submitting medical/passport how much longer we have to wait guys.... Any idea..????? I really feel like going to New Delhi and beat the crap out of them.

she can visit nearest passport seva kendra (PSK). Normally it should be with in a week passport will be renewed. For further details check passportindia.gov.in and try applying for tatkal passport

This is so frustrating and I'm sorry to hear this news but think of this way at least they r working on ur file and it's jus matter of time now. I'm looking at people timeline and it looks like it take 1-3months after submitting remedical and Pcc with passport. Hopefully soon

so sorry too hear... aks.asr1 .... just get it done quick and sent off asap...good luck my friend an keep us posted...but really what it wrNg wth ppl at ndvo... if they Knew they wanted to renew the pp an medical why did the wait so freaking long.. 13 months wasted..... its makes me so FC!@$#$#@## MAD... 6 MONTHS IS CUT OFF NT 9 MONTHS... STUPID PPL AT EMBASSY

HELLO COULD you PLEASE BE A BIT MORE BRIEF PLZ EXPLAIN WHHAT HAPPEN SO WE CAN ALL HELP YOU MY FRIEND, frm my understanding you said that you have sent the medical paper, but ur dad got a call from the embassy saying they have not received it.
