DECISION MADE
After almost 1 year and 8 month since i applied for sponsorship visa. The wait was really really hard for us but finally we made it through. I am really thankful to everyone on this forum for updating with all sort of information.
Advice: If your file is delayed GO contact MP - it really help.
I even did inquiry through indian MP and after 10 days of that my file moved.
even in GCMS note it was mention that they got inquiry by indian MP.
im from mumbai.....how many days it will take for ppt to reach mumbai?
BEST LUCK AND BRIGHT FUTURE TO EVERYONE.

it means u will get email or letter regarding ur interview very soon. i dont know y i had to go thru interview, i hav a son of 10months. what else they need to know the marriage is genuine. if had doubts they should have asked for DNA. i think it ll stretch processing time. bt still m happy, atleast got some news. they are holding my PP since november2012. since then it was no further update. now aft 10months interview call :(

Hi Vipul patel is talking about Sydney VO not NDVO so who so ever haven't got PPR yet should either apply for GCMS or go for MP enquiry to avoid unnecessary delays as not getting PPR within 30-50 days of file transfer is not normal in case of NDVO "except because of strike". So any applicant whose file got transferred before June, 2013 and haven't got PPR yet should take any action.

I have a question kindly answer me ASAP:

I am new here and I like to know if person filed for an appeal in IAD few weeks back and if they want to withdraw an appeal what would the have to do! Appeal filed through a lawyer.

Please provide me information and details about it, i shall be grateful to you guys.

Hi All,

Need advise.

My husband (My sponsor) applied for Spouse Visa in Canada on October 12, 2013. He received an email on 4th January, 2013 about the approval of sponsorship from CIC and they updated in the same email that my file will be sent to New Delhi Visa Office.

As per your recent email from NDVO (reply to my query email) my application was done with initial review and was waiting for interview scheduling.I received this email in June, 2013 after I had sent them an query email in April, 2013.

Till now I havent received any Passport request fom NDVO. Is this a matter to worry OR should I wait for further communication form NDVO.

What can be done to expedite the process.

Your Passport is issued from which office Chd/Ambala?. You can get PCC same day no issues and yes you need to apply online on the website for that. PCC is valid for 6 months so you can go for reissue if required.

Here is link u can know about how to apply GCMS Notes
How to apply http://goo.gl/zl3UP
AIPS/GCMS https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip
For mp inquiry search the address and go directly to the office in India-in India you have to explain the situation but its really hard to explain them bcoz they hardly know how to do it.
It is advisable to do inquiry from Canadian mp. They are quick.

No you don't need just carry your Passport, matriculation certificate, ration card/voter id/ aadhar card..You can get it from any Passport Seva Kendra but it's better you go for Chd. Just book an appointment.
