I recently moved to another area in the same town in Canada, nd i changed my adress, but my wife's address in India has changed to my new Canadian address on both mailing & home address, but ecas has not updated to ' in process or decision made' i can't see my wife indian maiiling adreess. now they are showing these 2 adreess in the status.

Ask your wife to Pack her bags, you will get your DM in couple of days and probably passport may have been already dispatched from NDVO..

Agree with brar.arsh. You'll see a DM in a few days and passport in a week.

I just checked your past posts and saw that your medical expired on 29 March and they haven't asked for a remedical. So I'm very very curious to know what date your COPR is valid til. Please let us know when you get the passport and COPR.

My wife has put up a request through online links for address change... she moved from one city to another and submitted a address change request as per CIC's guidlines, its been more than 15 days by now and yet the records shows her previous address...

any thoughts from any members as to how many days generally it takes for such request, ( i was under impression that they give address change a priority) and if We dont see a address change for next few weeks, what is the best way to make tht happen....

Passports requested and sent by Dec 20th, 2012

The delhi consulate has received our passports around Dec 20th, 2012. When do you think we may get our passports back with the visa stamped. Is anybody else also in the same situation, and have they got their passports stamped with the visa and returned to them.
( i am a canadian resident and have applied for my wife and children who are in india to immigrate to canada )

No body can tell my friend.ours has been with them since October 20.2012. Just wait it out.

New Delhi is unpredictable. They've had my husbands pp since August.
