Why do you think it is taking so long for some cases after having a successful interview . I mean you are waiting since Nov , I'm waiting since Aug ,, and there are many more who are waiting . Did your VO tell you anything after the interview .

I'm absolutely clueless what's happening and how they are working . Still don't know how much more time they will take to finalize our files .

Have you spoken to your MP and asked for your GCMS notes? It's possible tht your application has gone into a different pile of files and is now gathering dust... A slight nudge (like contacting your MP) might help....

Hey gaggidhillon, your address was changed on Friday, visa office is closed on Saturday and Sunday so let us wait and see for their next working hours from Monday for any updates as ecas is not always reliable, In previous postings few applicants have received their PP(s) with visa and copr copies before their ecas got changed to DM so nothing can be said about what they have done in our case so wait for next week for positive results.

Last month I rcvd re medicals instruction . So how far they must have dumped my file .

My husband had gone to the Mp's , they said to wait for a week or two . Never ordered the notes .

Hopefully the MP enquiry should make my file visible to the VO .

Hey, ghosh !!!! would have known earlier.This will certainly lengthen the process...Any idea how long does it take them to send me the medical request letter. This waiting is killing so very weird. These people just don't want families and kids unite with thier husbands and fathers/ mothers.

As its very clear that every case is different so your processing time is also difficult to predict and it depends on what type of documents you have submitted and also an visa officer who is handling your case and how long does it takes for him to open your file and check if all the documents are in order after which your medical request will be sent to you along with other documents if applicable.

Actually medical copy 2 and PCC has to be submitted before itself along with the whole application package sent to Mississauga and if you have thought of doing your medicals now then you panel physician requires your PP(s) for doing medical checkup so I think wait for their next request letter for your both Medicals as the acknowledgment letter received by them itself is enough to show for your suggested panel physician.

hi got xray done friday..they will tell if need to see a specialist for TB exclusion..as such got chkd no findings by othr specialist..lets see wht they want....Good luck!!!!
