Just received AOR from NDVO, it was emailed to my wife on 9th March

they asked to send the following...
- payment for permanent application fees if not paid (I have already paid)
- police clearance certificate if not attached (I have already sent with the application)
- submission of the passport (Please note that a request for your passport(s) at this time is not a guarantee of visa issuance. Passports are requested so that we can hold them on your file and issue your visas as soon as possible after all requirements have been met. )

the question I have is, can they match the payment with the receipt copy i submitted, or do I resend it...and same with the police clearance, original was already submitted...

shall I sent a letter stating the above already been submitted? or do they already have the record of it...any one has a template I can use for the letter else I just write one...

You dont have to send a new PCC. Thats a standard letter they send.

You do not need to send anything that you have already sent- that is a standard email including everything one would normally have left pending..

Aftab. Cover letter wiz your UCI and file no.. It helps

In our case, we realized now that our PCC was 4 month old at the time of application submission. Do you think that could also be allowed by the VO ? "Your visa officer can extend the validity of the PCC"

Get it if you want to play safe.. They just take your passport and sit on it anyway!
However, send all of it as one package- do not send your pp first and then PCC later... Send whatever you have to together

If there is no email id, either they will call the principal applicants number or they will send by mail. All the best!
