when i logged in with my UCI, it tells me about my citizenship application
we have started processing your application.

Sponsorship Application Status - In Process ( Which was DM in August 2012)
Permanent Residence Application Status - Application Received

Applicants File Number :

I guess for you both the status are showing In Process if I am not wrong.....


Yes that's right both statuses show in process.

When i checked my Citizenship application they have put my wrong Date Of Birth.. does it affect my spousal sponsorship. i believe they are doing background and criminal check, and they have my wrong birth date and i think it delaying my sponsorship case.

When i checking ecas with my wife UCI or File number it does not open, but when i check Ecas with my UCI it gives me my details about Citizenship application and its say we have started processing your file from the beginning of the month.

Good morning......ECAS finally worked lAst night and my status changed to IN PROCESS !!!!
But I have noticed some more changes, when I log in with my husband's UCI I see his name on top with his Canada address and then I see my name on sponsored person and my status is in process and my husband's status changed from decision made to in process.

Could u tell what king of documents ND requested from you? Do u know how long it takes for a case when ND ask for some documents.

Decision Made!

Just now checked and it says decision made. They started processing on Feb 11. So I was probably right that they changed status by mistake to In-Process under Sponsor, instead of under Applicant.

Anyways, I wish all of you best of luck and hope of speedy decision.

Application Sent to CIC along with medical report (15-10-2012)
Application Received at CIC Mississauga (17-10-2012)
Date of AOR Received (30-10-2012)
Date of Sponsorship Approved (31-10-2012)
Date of File Transferred to New Delhi (05-11-2012)
Date of AOR Received from New Delhi (21-11-2012)
Date of Passport Requested by NDVO (10-12-2012)
Date Passport sent to NDVO (14-10-2012)

E-cas still showing "Application Received"
waiting for Processing and "Decision Made" status eagerly...

Total process time: 5 months - 24 days
