But what u think , why they didn't return me my pp for the medicals ?

They have send the letter to you, to redo the medicals, you have a Rep please ask him/her what is the next steps.
I also don't have any idea why they did not send you a passport.
Call the penal physician and asked them could i come only with the Letter which i have received from CHC-ND. it is possible for me to redo the medicals with this letter, my file is under process and CHC-ND has my passport.

I think its good that they didnt send ur pp back, that means u will save time in sending it back for your visa. NDVO will just send u the visa when they will receive ur re-medical results.good luck!

Ohh You already did your Re medicals that's a very good news !! an other things captioned above , it is very good wave that, they are just waiting for your medicals results to come. everything is set-up in your file, i believe 90% of your case is done, they are delaying just because of your medicals. once they received the medical, you are all set to wait for the shiny visa..

Decision Made!

Just now checked and it says decision made. They started processing on Feb 11. So I was probably right that they changed status by mistake to In-Process under Sponsor, instead of under Applicant.

Anyways, I wish all of you best of luck and hope of speedy decision.

Can anybody suggest if my Husband has applied for PR both of us, then how long it can take?
Or anywhere is it mentioned about the timeline? And if it exceeds we can follow up for the same?

Also, can I visit in between on Tourist Visa?

Medical Done before applying (25-09-2012)
Application Sent to CIC along with medical report (15-10-2012)
Application Received at CIC Mississauga (17-10-2012)
Date of AOR Received (30-10-2012)
Date of Sponsorship Approved (31-10-2012)
Date of File Transferred to New Delhi (05-11-2012)
Date of AOR Received from New Delhi (21-11-2012)
Date of Passport Requested by NDVO (10-12-2012)
Date Passport sent to NDVO (14-10-2012)

E-cas still showing "Application Received"
waiting for Processing and "Decision Made" status eagerly...

Decision Made!

Just now checked and it says decision made. They started processing on Feb 11. So I was probably right that they changed status by mistake to In-Process under Sponsor, instead of under Applicant.

What was the outcome of the interview? They must have said something during the interview. If not, then you will have to wait for them to contact further.
