same here....can't check ecas status..when i login by applicant's file no. it says ''we are not able to identify you.....'' nd when i login by sponsor's uci it just shows the details of his citizenship file....

morning everyone!

I just got back to Canada today after spending a month in Nepal with my husband. While I was there it felt like the whole past 14 months apart never happened! it was wonderful.

Also wonderful news is while I was there we got the interview date! it is for february 18th. Very soon! Unfortunately I could not take another 3 weeks off of work to stay there and go to the interview with him. I wish i could have, but we got the e-mail two days AFTER I arrived. Sigh..First correspondance from them since June 18th!

Anyway, we are working hard to get all our information together for proof of communication, my husband just needs to get his phone records.

What he is concerned about is how should he present himself? I am thinking he should dress like he were going to a job interview? Am I correct? He's so nervous!

Great luck is that it is scheduled on my day off from work so I can stay at my mums and be relaxed incase they call me.

Any tips or info for the interview would be great! If all goes well he could be here by next month!
