Wow you submitted your file on the same day as we submitted my husband's file. I really really don't want to get my hopes up but this wait is driving me insane. To pay the landing fees, you have to submit the applicant's information i think. 99% sure. Did you try and ask them about your passport by any chance? I have paid all the fees and I'm waiting for any stupid news they could give me....sooooo tireddddddd >:( :'(

It was a really short call and I was so excited hearing from them that I didn't ask. Lol.
Anyways, atleast they've started working on July files. So we can expect something soon. Hang in there and you'll hear some good news soon.

Hi, can you let the rest of us know what number they called you from? Some forum members have shared the number earlier but just wanna know if the number is still the same, so that others here don't miss the call from that particular number. Thanks.

I'm sorry I can't help with that. I don't have caller ID. So I couldn't note the number.

Hi July12, welcome on board. I have added you on the sheet. Could you please let us know when did you receive an AOR or sponsor get approved?
thanks.

Thank you Saag. You're doing a real good job with the spreadsheet.

My husband got the AOR a day before I received the PPR. So it would be 30 September 2012.

Lol.. Okay hope u get yours soon...

Went to meet the MP. Think it was MPs secretary who met with me.
What a disappointment, I say....told that the PP is stuck for more than 100 days and it is very disturbing and any emails or phone calls doesn't have an answer even to update if the PP has reached the right hands. Then the lady asked me what does the website timeline say and when I said 10 months, she said you are far away (known fact....). She said she has applicant queries with 24 months waiting time. Thank god I didn't faint and still alive.

Applicant has a job offer in canada. She said having an offer letter in canadain company will not fasten the process (already known fact...). Then I stressed more on PP with NDVO for so long, for which she said she will get back with the current status in 2 days. We don't expect we will hear any good or bad, but at least will help us decide whether to withdraw the PP and apply for work visa? But am unsure of the work visa time as well. Although the website says 4 weeks, what if it also end up like PR processing.

She also mentioned that they clear the earlier applications before they touch the newer ones and only once they touch the applications, that the background checks and security checks are done which probably is what we see in ecas as "in process".

I come with multiple issues. Applicant with a long travel history, carry 5 Passports. Thank God only 5:-) applicant has a job in Singapore but went India to submit passport. So working from home in india for more than 100 days now. So job is jeopardized. Esp, Because applicants job requires travelling. So in total, applicant and PP stuck in India.
I put my burden on thee God!! You save me or I leave Canada for good to join my spouse.

Good luck folks who are still waiting patiently esp may/June applicants.

@vps I don't think it is a good idea to pull out the passport as you guys have waited so long already....
As will have to wait again when you submit again.might as well get it done and over with.

I made the same mistake of getting wife to submit the passport when she already had tourist visa to travel to Canada.we have been waiting for over 100 days as well.Had I know I would have made her come here and submit it at a later date when they were ready for it. But now no choice but to wait it out.

By the way Mps are of no help...what ever has to happen will happen ..

Good luck keep us posted...
