Hi, can you let the rest of us know what number they called you from? Some forum members have shared the number earlier but just wanna know if the number is still the same, so that others here don't miss the call from that particular number. Thanks.

I just have a general question...for my husband on his ecas page it shows his address in India but the address is missing that state he is from. Is it normal for it to show that way? Also, previously it showed the wrong spelling for his name which I had to e-mail NDVO to get it changed...no fault in my part...is it normal to have all these mistakes on ecas?

I think they are still stuck up in clearing applications received in July and earlier. May be, the coming month will see some movement for August and September applicants. By March, they should be getting the visas, hopefully. I will be surprised if anything happens within first half of February. So I won't expect any movement until then.

I don't think it is an issue if there is something missing in ECAS. As long as the address is correct on the PPR letter, no need to worry. Even I had a minor error in the ecas address. But even I received my PPR letter, the address on the letter was perfect. So, didn't bother to correct the ecas one.

got my passport today with visa thanks to everyone and i really wish that this wait will soon be over for everyone

and a quick question. does anyone know how much time do they take while immigration at the airport. need help coz i'm booking my tickets

Keep atlest 3-4 hours. Your immigration will be done at the first airport of Canada. If your destination is first airport then you do not have to worry. But if u are going to 2nd airport in Canada then ur immigration will be done at first airport and u should keep atlest 3-4 hours stay.

NO ECAS UPDATED AT LEAST FOR ME TODAY. MY PASSPORTS ARE WITH CHC SINCE AUGUST 2012 AND MY APPLICATION IS IN PROCESS FROM LAST THREE MONTHS NOW. I REALLY AM VERY UPSET AND DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING.......I COULD NOT VISIT ANYWHERE FOR MY BUSINESS FROM AUGUST AND STUCK AT HOME...

PEOPLE WHO APPLIED MUCH LATER THAN ME IN MAY, JUNE ALREADY GOT THEIR PP WITH VISA AND COPR AND FEW PEOPLE APPLIED IN APRIL STILL "IN PROCESS"

THIS IS REALLY NOT FARE ........WHAT THE HECK CIC DOING......PLAYING GAME OR WHAT???

Guys, I have sponsored my wife and its been 4 months since submitting passport.
How is the address system works on ECAS? When I login with my client id, I see two addresses in the box, both are canadian adddresses of me.
Please advice.

Hello everyone,

I've been following this forum for quite some time and I empathize completely with everyone here. Hopefully everyone will get their visas soon.

I have received a call from CHC Delhi today and they've asked me to pay the landing fees. They didn't give me any other information- if they're ready to issue me a visa or not, but atleast I feel they've started working on my file. ;D

My question is when I pay the landing fees online should I use my details or my sponsor's details? Did anyone go through a similar situation?

It does not take too long. Depending on how many people are landing for the first time like you, I would say a maximum of half an hour.
