Hi April10, Waheguruji

It is nice to know that you are from Jalandhar and Ludhiana. I am from the same place and I am also landing in Ontario. It will be good if we meet some time in India or in Canada ;D ;D ;D

In my honest opinion, if you are with your spouse right now, enjoy these pre-PPR days. Those are the best. Once you submit your PP, it's as if you sent it to outer space, into a black hole. ;D

I wish I had delayed sending my PP, but I had some other PCCs to get so I had to leave Canada.

When I checked ECAS this morning it too longer than usual to load. I usually cover my eyes and peek out to see if the page is loaded before checking Application Status. So when it took long to load I got excited thinking 'This is it! DM! DM! DM!'.

But then, same old In Process.

Check this out: http://www.sici.org/newsletter/article/what-you-need-to-know-about-applying-for-a-visa-to-canada/fr/

Apparently they make a visa decision every 15 minutes. Kind of feel bad for them, seems like they may be overworked (though the article is from 2009).

Good vibes to the dude who is looking after my file. Have an awesome day and weekend! And don't forget to give me my visa today! Thanks...

Yeah the article was of 2009 and now the scenario has been changed. In 2009 the processing time on spousal application was only 3 months which was the minimum in the world. ;D ;D

CHC, New Delhi is Not that efficient now >:( >:( >:(

There is no Q but every application has been chosen randomly ( if you look at the statics from March to June Applicants) for some people Processing is only for 15 days and for some it is more than five months. :o :o :o :o :o

Anyway....The Ball is in their court and we have to wait none else.....

Good Luck to all who are waiting

Hi All!

The Weekend is about to start and I am sure there will not be any ecas update for the rest of this Friday....So let's forget this stress and know the 10 Good Reason to be Happy. :P :P

  • Money is Not everything . There's also Master Card and Visa
  • One should love animals....They are tasty too :P
  • Save Water..Drink on the Rocks
  • Fruits/Salads are healthy. So leave it for sick
  • Books are holy. So don't touch them.
  • Don't shout in the class. It disturbs those who are sleeping
  • Love thy neighbor. But don't get caught.
  • Hard work never killed anyone, but why take any chance.
  • Why do something today when it can be done tomorrow, by someone else
  • Everyone should marry because happiness is not only thing in life.

Have a Happy Weekend and get ready for next stressful week of waiting.

I think our files get assigned to visa officers randomly. So if in your group, the VO has a few tough cases, then your case is gonna sit there collecting dust while the VO probes the suspicious application.

If your VO has easy cases, then it will move fast.

Finally decision made today

It says "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. "

Is this standard text. How long after this.
