Thanks. I did apply for GCMS notes couple of days back. I also wanted to contact my MP. what is the process?

Application sent: May 2, 2012
In Process: Nov 2nd, 2012
Decision made without address change: Jan 10th, 2013.
Destination: Alberta

Finally my MP gave me a reply after I kept calling and not getting anyone even picking up the phone! It has been 8 weeks now since they contacted ND. BUT, we found out that we are now in line for an interview and they will be contacting my husband soon to schedule the date.

ND has had his passport since June 22nd 2012, and we have heard nothing since then. Application filed on March 6th 2012. Still at "Application Received" on e-cas.

I am flying to him on saturday evening to stay there in Nepal until February 2nd. Finally after more than one year we can see eachother again! His medical expires on February 12th, so the interview must be soon!

they clear almost all who were in process since 26th sept and leave me out...so much for a straightforward case...

i kinda have a feeling canada may not be worth it afterall...its definately not worth the 5 month agony they have put me through. This is crazy and hopeless..

no offence and congrats to all people who got DMs. ....but this is the only place i can vent out.

oh..it happens...u may see the change in few days. they never take negative decision without interview. So its a great news. start packing.
