Hi nikb,
no nothing after that as of now.. when did you apply?
nikb said:
@ iwonder..have you seen any action on your file(after in process)...out application is very close to you...

@ samen

These 3 copies along with your signatures and one of the online payment receipt of 5 $ has to email at ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca and the payment and receipt has to be obtained at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp

CIC website is quite unreliable. Not all the time correct. Moreover they NEVER update status about passport request being sent, or whether they have received the passport or not..

But along with the mail, CIC website will also be updated right? Why should we always depend on mail?

You guys are close to my application dates.. am sure their should be change in status this month for you guys...

August 23 2012 but passport request came on 6th Nov 2012... Hope will see some change in CIC site to boost up our morale :)

@samen: even i am in process of getting a GCMS notes.
ordering one /requesting for one can be done only by your spouse living in canada.
you may have to sign a consent form authorizing to reveal your application info to the
requestor(spouse). you gotta sign and upload.

@scorpionking: does it cost only 5$ on the whole?
i went through the link below, it says the services cost around 45$ to 85$

Those all comes under physicals files like foss notes etc and these may also cause delays in your application processing time as your file will be removed and each and every information will be provided to you on your file but GCMS notes are from electronic files and it costs just 5 $ and will be received within 30 to 45 days without effecting your processing time.

Go to the link below;

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf

then you will find the information access form then go to the number 4. pay fees online then enter it and keep on continuing as the pages appears then atlast you will find 5 $ then you can do the payment by your bank card and can acquire the receipt.

I do not think they entertain queries via calls, personal visits or emails.
If you call then it automatically takes you to an automated IVR which states that calls are not entertained.

If anyone has got reply by calling them please let us know. The number is on their site, india.gc.ca

Best ways to get in touch with the NDVO is by GCMS / Caips notes or MP's query's, by emailing at re-delhi-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca or faxing, they doesn't entertain

anyone through Telephone only if the applicant has exceeded his/hers processing time then can approach call centers. Noting is in our hand's and these 10 months will ruin

our lives, God only should save us from NDVO's and their confidential decision's.
