There were some including mumble.
Anybody got any movements? Mp reply? GCMS nores??

we ordered for gcms. but no reply yet. Apscorpiin h.ad his file go in process on 26th. I gather he made an MP inquiry.

MP IS JUST SAYING THAT MY CASE IS IN FINAL STAGE AND IT WILL BE FINALISED IN COUPLE WEEKS.
HE SAID THIS FEW WEEKS BACK
NO IDEA WHAT TO DO!

can someone please give me the link to order GCMS notes... i tried going back in the pages to find the link but couldnt find it... i think i might go ahead and order them.

can someone just tell me will it affect the proceesing of my file in any way i mean delay it for any reason

i was going to order GCMS notes afterwards anyways but now im thinking i should order them

also who has to order them the applicant or the sponsor?

and just another qucik note for everyone Quebec apparently takes longer and so far everyone who has applied from quebec noone has got visit except 1 case so im thinking maybe all us quebec people will get visa together... bc it is different processing for us

hello guysss m back on ths form after long time .. but sad to see not much updates i send my passport on 20 sept but i request them to send my passport back in nov as i had some urgent travel .. i been to usa with my husband so now i m back in india i need to send my assport back and i want to send more proofs like more pictures of us together in usa my ecas is still application rcvd so i dnt want to giv thm any chnce for interview and one more thing do ths 10 days short trip to usa will also result in delay due to one more travel history ???

If you don't have any reason to keep the passport now, i suggest you send it right away....doing so will save processing time later on. Basically when they begin processing your file, its best if the passport is with them.

So please fill both the forms and give the print out and scan long with your consent form with you and your sponsor signature in the box

and These 3 copies along with your signatures and one of the online payment receipt of 5 $ has to email it at ATIP-AIPRP @ cic.gc.ca

and the payment and receipt has to be obtained at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp

We have requested smvi to give me modifying rights, but it's still pending..

If SMVI could add me as co owner, it would be better as I can distribute the rights to trusted people out here..

My wife's PP has been on NDVO for over 3 months, I did an inquiry with my MP and was told there has been a letter made on October 26 requesting documents of my employment verification, pay stubs and bank statement, i was told this letter has not been mailed yet WHY?? I am being told I will get it in 4 weeks.
Then once I send it another month for final processing.
I sent all of these documents with my application Plus I have already been approved as a sponsor so why is NDVO asking for this?
Could the lady at MP office have wrong info.?
Our case is straight forward, then why this complication?

Can anyone please advise on this.

is your ecas status in process or application received. such things happening is quite impossible. try calling up delhi..also write a letter..to them..try and.confirm things at your end

I'm so upset.

I am May 1 applicant here and my status is still "application received"...I talked with my local MP he said I will have to wait until the 10 months wait is finished...

i jus wanted to tell u ... tht travel history does nt delay the case... it does affect if u hv overstayed or the stay is more than 6 months ,,, otherwise it does not matter... so dnt wry...
wish u an early visa ..
