Yes its been quite a while now....i sent my pp late around 1st week october...so the delay is cos of that. Infact right after my file went in process they called to inquire about my pp. And i now realise that if i had sent my pp when asked for, then i would have got dm like right after going into process. But anyways...no regrets....expecting dm this month surely

And i hope that all files in process will get news within this month...hopefully by 20th dec...fingers crossed!!!

Yes hoping it's before 20th. My husband is visiting on the 15th. I'm only wishing I get DM before that so we could fly together.
Btw, where are you from? And where in Canada is your sponsor from?

Regarding Passport issues....there can be a delay only if a file went into process before pp was sent (as in my case) or if a 2nd ppr was made by the applicant or if ndvo makes a pp request late...so i dont think your file got delayed due to late pp submission...there must have been some problem at ndvo as all files were delayed recently.
