lol wt a coincidence Manveen i received reply of my inquiry by email from ND today which i posted on forum.

I got a reply from MP's office and it was mentioned in the email that they are "currently awaiting initial reviews" What does it means friends?

I Mean they haven't touched my file for processing at all?

I think Inprocess status means they are done with the initial review and if it shows application received then it is pending for initial review.

I believe that they have to clear them in few days now coz otherwise it would become too much backlog and workload for them even.
But everything new is happening these days..

Ye ths true..we all are august applicants I mean whn ND VO got our application...dey shud clear ours...we have pretty much same timelines so will get it at same time I guess.....did u hv interview on ph too?

Yes, My wife had a telephonic interview on Oct11.

No ma hubby din hv any interview touchwood...we wr lil late to send PP so case went into process on oct 19...n lil change in hubby'indian address th added his father name in it...ths it..

And even they told we can expect decision in 10-15 days but nothing as of now.

I am assuming there s no senior officer wrking to make final decision at dis moment...coz there is som kinda reason behind all dis th there s no progress at all...

please help me my husband lives in india and mississauga send our case to Pakistan. and our case is in Ottawa. he is living in india for 6 months now i send many letters to mississauga and ottawa to cancel it from pakistan and send it to New Delhi India. i am not sure how long its gona take them to send it if any one has an idea please let me know. thanks Taiba

I think all senior VO busy in granting study permit......
