Hi Manveen,

Please do not worry much about this, most probably your case is waiting for a Final Review.

My case is in process even before yours...

Rest best way to contact them, as per my point of view is through GCMS notes because you will get the sure shot answer about progress of your case.

For both Enquiry and GCMS notes time to respond is around 4 weeks but there is no Guaranty that they will reply to your enquiry.

I hope this will help you...

Rest I can assure you your case will be through by mid of Jan 2013 keeping in mind Christmas holidays...

I want to get my wife's passport back so that she can apply for tourist visa to come to canada to give her dental exams. Since they got the passport for almost three months now. What would be the best way to get it back? Email response has been very very long and she needs to be here by mid January.

They usually respond by the importance of the email/enquiry. So, if you ask them your passport through email/enquiry, they will reply at the earliest possible I believe from the past members posts.

I believe only in case of police or millitary. Otherwise it has no relevance to them.

Did they send the passport back to do the second medicals and how long did it take for the entire process of doing the medicals and sending the passport back to ND. My son's medical has expired in August 2012, we haven't received any request for second medical and status is frozen as "Äpplication received"

Hey rahulchd, you said that you had a telephonic interview on 11 Oct but you have mentioned in your timeline as 10th Oct, I mean did they call you both in India as well as in canada too.
