About my telephonic interview,

It was a lady and she asked me about DOB, Marriage Date, Her family details, her background, about her education, job, schooling, her family details, how many members does she have, how long she stayed here in India, when she left, who was with her at wedding, her home address in Canada, name of place where she works, about honeymoon ............... etc etc.....

Anyone knows what should I expect next >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

what did she ask about your honeymoon like where you went , and how long the stay becuz i have already attached our hotel bill with honeymoon photos so wht else they ask

Thanks Punjabi Kudi for the best wishes, hope to see DM seeon, bcoz I asked her is there anything else I need to send she said no everything is ok but she did not revealed how long it would take.

About the background, My wife is a Canadian Citizen and she was from Africa before 2002, thats why she was confirming about her childhood and when they shifted to Canada, and Interview was only for 3 minutes. Don't worry they don't ask anything complicated, its all about your relationship and about her and her family members.

guys I have a question regarding PCC. I am a permanent resident of punjab.. I have stayed in Mumbai for 6 years from 2006 to may 2012 as i completed my studies there . now I am back to punjab and living with my parents. so from where I need to get pcc.. from my permanent address that is punjab or Mumbai.

you can get it from your passport office, no need to visit different police stations and pay a lot of money + whisky

Actually I have taken a PCC from the office of SSP for my permanent address will it do or i still need to take it from PPO

what is actually a Bcakground check according to CIC,

in IT companies they give the candidate details to BC agency to check for the information given by him/her is correct and if the BC is positive then the candidate can continue the employment if not he /she will be terminated..

about VO ND, what kind of informations do they check... do they compare the details what we have given is matching with the BC data's?

in my case am working in a company and will the BC agency check with my present employer and previous employers? i have totally changed 3 companies before coming to this present one.. will this delay my process? I have no travel history...


any thoughts??

im not sure about private work history but they spend a lot of time on BC for Govt. employees. i had 1 year work history in India and they didnt do any check for that. there are some applicants in old New Delhi thread who are waiting for BC with no travel history. better you discuss with them but i dont think if there should be any delay because of private jobs

dont worry reettottal, there wont be any problem since u have given enough proof... did u have any traditional wedding?

It got modified today itself. I checked at 10am and then at 1pm...At 1 i saw the change.
bottom of the page says: Date Modified: 2012-06-12
I think that shows if something was changed in that page and doesnt refer to change in processing info
