Please help me as i want to send the receipt of right of permanent resident fee to missisauga office.

I am sponsoring my wife and have paid the fees.. i have some questions.

1. Should i enter my name, date of birth and address inthe required fields or my wifes. ( I have paid the amount)
2. Where it says client Id... should i enter the 8 digit UCI ids i recieved in email with AOR.
3. What address should i send it to in missisauga office. (The post box etc)
4. Do I need to attach a cover letter with the receipt.

I have yet to receive the approval but i have already paid the fees since i wanted to save some time as i already have the UCI id in the AOR.

1. Yes, your name and details
2. Yes, the client ID on the AOR i.e your ID
3. RPRF payments or other correspondence:
CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 6100, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4H4
4. Cover letter is optional.

You can also make a copy of the receipt and send it along with the PP to the Visa Office as and when that happens to reflect that you have in fact completed all payments.

thanks for taking the time out O-Zone... can i also send this via email to the following address "CPCM-EXTCOM@cic.gc.ca" ?

good night

I am not sure about E-mail. Didn't hear anyone doing that.

One more thing. You can address the letter to the Initials provided by the Case Officer in the AOR/Approval. It will get the job done faster.

Hi,

Yes you can send it by email to CPCM-EXTCOM@cic.gc.ca.

I called the CIC office, and the guidelines they sent to me via email included email as an option.
If you are sending by email, in addition to filling out the details in the RPRF receipt, I would make sure you include the following in the body of the email:

1. Sponsor name
2. Sponsor DOB
3. Sponsor address
4. Date application was sent to CPC-M
5. Date application was received by CPC-M
6. Client ID
7. Type of application, ie. sponsorship of spouse.
8. Application status and date of last updated status
9. File number
10. E-payment receipt number.

In the subject of the email, make sure you have Payment of RPRF - Client ID: XXXX - e-Payment Receipt (File Number: XXXX)

And yes, if you do have the name of the officer included in the body of the email, then that would be plus.

Note, they send an automated reply after you do it via email, and though they indicated they will respond to RPRF payments, it's been about a week since we paid ours, and yet to receive notification. I might give them a call and ask about it.

Another thing, I saw somewhere that using multiple channels of communication may slow down how they update your file, i guess they don't want the same information sent by email, and by mail, and by fax. So, up to you what you want to do.

Hope it helps.

Cheers! :D

Yes, you can.
I also sent my receipt later on by email and when I called them they did acknowledge receiving it and adding to my file.
All other information is given by O-zone and kavi, I second them.

Got the decision made!

Thank you all for your support. My timeline - applied on dec 12 2011, file transferred to ND on feb 2, PPR on feb 15, PP sent on march 5. Ever since the status was "application received". Changed to decision made on July 22. No interview request. Waiting for the PP now
