Forget about time frame guyz...talk about CIC-M and CIC-D mood and people they have working there..

Also it depends on the individual case if they require further docs or interview or PCC or medical or whatever...

the last action i saw from DELHI VO was PPR to someone in mid june..i saw some people who got there DM that applied in January.

and people like (sorry to put you on the spot) sb delhi who applied last year are still waiting...

i really dnt understand what format they follow but if they dnt they should have one CHECKLIST just like us to follow....

I am sure they do! Man its the summer! u know folks need a break too! So i guess as hard it is for us to wait! they have to wrap up there breaks to come back fresh and get a lot of these applications done! I am now going to try to take a break too and try not to over think on the case/cases till Aug

urgent Help-regarding incorrect Address

Hi,

I recently got the approval for my sponsorship and file number. When I log in Ecas, in the address for the Sponsored person "State name" doesnt appear.

I clearly remember that in IMM-0008 form when I selecetd the country as India (for the sponsored person) the State /province gets inactivated and thus I put it down in Pen. Now the address for sponsored person shows everything except the state. Did anybody face this problem. Any idea if New Delhi office will automatically take care of this?

My worry is:
1. If they send the PPR through a regular mail it may not reach the correct address or there will be delay, as state name is not there
2. How do I inform CIC -new Delhi to correct this? Please help.

When I should send the letter/Fax. It was approved on July 17th.

First f all congrats on getting over with the first step...

Dnt worry to much about ECAS, it is all messed up for almost everyone,sometimes the address is missing or the last name and what not.

The PPR will come to address listed on your documents (form imm0008).

and if you are paranoid, you can call CPC-M and get the confirmation from them as well.

i will advise you not to worry and stress on it and wait for the PPR. average time to get it is around 25-30 odd dayz.

Folks need break eh...over thinking doesnt update ECAS....

it is hard to not think about it...i mean common nothing from NEW DELHI VO....i thought they like indian winters then the indian summers..

Or i guess they r all GORA in there getting tanned..

i know we all go through our application 1000 times before we send it out to CPC, trust me they have the right information on there internal system...

Take it easy, enjoy the weekend with couple of beers and cheerz to first step approval and wait for the PPR now.

Oh my hubby's address was correct for few days on Ecas and once we got the PPR recently his state was missing.....
I am not worried about it as when they email the PPR they had the correct address on the top of the email .....
I would say Don't worry about it.....Wait till you get the PPR and if you have already received it I am sure its correct on the email.....
