Quick Update, we got the passport back with a VISA, COPR! Cheers! They only sent the passport like last week instead of 3 weeks ago..who knows what was the delay about..!

Kamar, there is no such thing as Average number of days for anything to do with CIC, however every VO do have a tendency to request passport at certain number of days. For ND, Its about 2-3 weeks (15 days). It does not mean if you did not receive a PPR in 15 days then something is wrong...
