I Don't understand what the hell is going on in ndvo ......
When are they going to clear pending june ,july cases.... our cases are very straight forward
what is the problem I don't under stand ......

Ppl who are applying now or yet the apply for spouse Visa ....please be clear that ndvo is uncertain noone can be sure abt how lon g it takes for the visa....its pure luck ....no thumb rule at all n more over u shld forget after applying ..........whenever they will feel like picking our files they will do so ...

Because it is Sri Hanuman's day ha ha ha aha ha hah ah aha CIC said they normally do update database on Tuesday only but one can never predict on CIC...The Only thing in Canada; with its government ;it's not reliable on their immigration part...........rest all is on time.........they are saying something and doing something else........... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

i am abt to fly this month, but me and my husband had big argument and he said he had contactd immigration office rgarding relationship. on his calling and saying will the immigration office stop me from going canada? if yes, then in wat way will they stop?

does it require only one party to stop the going or it requires both husband and wife mutual decision to cancel going.. because per the guidelines posted with passport they said that they can contact if there is divorce or separation, so without any legal papers will they stop me going to my husband? on what basis will they stop me going to Canada, on just a phone call from my husband ?

You can call any of the lawyers who handle immigration to get an opinion on your case, even this forum website is from an attorney. All the best and hope you can resolve your differences and have a happy life together.

Yes, it can happen, if the sponsor informs CIC before the applicant lands in Canada, they might stop you from landing. sometime back there was a case where sponsor reported to CIC before the applicant landed. They didnt allow that person to land using PR. Hope you can solve it amicably!

It also depends on what your husband told CIC... It would be wise for you to sort your differences prior to you flying off to Canada...
That way he will be there to receive you and so if you then have any problems landing, he would be there to clear the issue...
